DAVE AND TERESA MIKKELSEN ARE A HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM
We both love working with people and doing portrait and wedding photography. We currently reside in Utah and feel extremely blessed to be full time photographers.
Dave has been photographing the world around him since the age of 14. His love for photography began at an early age. Dave studied photography at the University of Utah while pursuing his Bachelor's degree.
Teresa joined Dave in his photography business in 2011 bringing with her a creative style and eye for detail. Teresa loves photographing everything from newborns to brides, weddings to families and everything in between. She loves creating stylized shoots and offers her experience to couples, helping with timelines and details of the wedding. She has assisted couples with decorating ideas for their wedding and has even helped couples decorate the day she was shooting their wedding. She fills the role of a wedding planner often. Teresa is a very valuable and talented source for creativity and loves to share.
We have shot weddings all over Utah, from north to south. We have done work out of the country as well. We have shot destination weddings, traditional weddings, temple weddings, all types of weddings.
Photography has changed the way we view life by being around so many young couples getting married. It is refreshing and a constant reminder to us that family is everything! Each time we listen to an officiant perform a wedding ceremony we are reminded of how important family really is. We love to witness the beginning of new families!
